The Live Events and Entertainment department is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Entertainment & Live Events Seasonal Assistant, beginning May 2026 and ending January 2027. This individual will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of planning and executing live events and game days, working primarily with the Atlanta Falcons while also assisting with Atlanta United game days and Falcons Training Camp. Primary responsibilities include executing indoor and outdoor activations and supporting the game-day entertainment experience.
This is an hourly position (no more than 30 hours per week). Housing is not provided. Benefits and relocation expenses are not included.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist with the execution of all game-day entertainment operations and events for the Atlanta Falcons, including pre-game and in-game promotions and entertainment.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of indoor and outdoor activations for all Atlanta Falcons game days.
  • Responsible for the booking and logistical coordination for photographers, face painters, color guard units, holiday characters, as well as additional vendors, for all Atlanta Falcons home games.
  • Coordinate the distribution of credentials associated with sponsors, vendors, entertainment, and personnel, including tickets and parking passes.
  • Develop game-day itineraries and logistics for internal entertainment groups, including game-day staff, Drumline, mascot, and Live Falcon.
  • Serve as the event lead for Junior Cheer rehearsals and Junior Cheer live performances on game day.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of T-shirt Toss and additional giveaways used on Falcons game days.
  • Coordinate aspects of Atlanta Falcons Training Camp in July/August, including leading training camp event staff, working directly with sponsors on daily activations, and overseeing daily setup and breakdown.
  • Manage the cleanliness and organization of all stadium and off-site storage spaces, including inventory of game-day and event signage, giveaways, flags, and additional assets.
  • Assist with the execution of team-specific events such as Playmakers Picnic, Open Practice, Draft Party, and others.
  • Assist with the live presentation and production of third-party events (e.g., college bowl games) as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Prior internships, volunteer work, or professional experience in events and operations preferred.

Required Skills:
  • Must be able to work all home games and related events for the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, and the Falcons Training Facility in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
