The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). We compete in the National Football Conference (NFC) West division and call State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona, our home.

Summary:

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking individuals with a passion for guest experience & service. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide high-quality service to all guests within State Farm Stadium.

 

Primary Job Duties:

The Associate, Guest Experience, will have the daily responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador of the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, championing our organization
  • Greet & welcome all fans who attend games and events, answering questions as they arise
  • Embrace Cardinals service culture and treat all guest and associates with the utmost of respect and kindness
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all team and stadium information to effectively communicate with all guests
  • Obtain complete knowledge and understanding of the guests' feedback
  • Resolves guest complaints in a professional and efficient manner without unnecessarily referring guests to other team members – researching, offering solutions, multiple options, and strategies
  • Follows through and feels ownership of guest feedback and requests
  • You’ll be responsible for creating a memorable experience that encompasses more than just being a transaction
  • You’ll be able to make a meaningful impact on guests’ stays and create memorable experiences
  • Setup, maintenance, and takedown of experience areas when required, maintaining a clean and organized area
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma, or equivalent experience required, continuing education preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in guest support, client services, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and address their needs
  • Strong communication skills to convey information and recommendations effectively
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Commitment to work ALL preseason, regular season, and playoff home games (nights, holidays, weekends, and weekdays may be included)
  • Availability to work all ancillary events & Cardinals’ events (Dates & Times TBD)
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities that require strong time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Able to maintain confidential information
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
  • Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds on a regular basis
