Location:  State Farm Stadium (Glendale, AZ)

Format: In-person

Summary:

The Gameday Partner, Relationship Associate is responsible for helping welcome partner and community members volunteering during Cardinals home games at State Farm Stadium.  The primary goal of the staff is to help volunteers get checked in, educated and familiar with the Stadium, how to best fulfill their service, get trained on equipment or tools to be used, and where to go for questions or issues.

Staff must be present at least a half hour before car parks open to receive location assignments.  Staff are responsible for the safe return of any equipment or tools volunteers utilized.  Staff members will need to have strong customer service skills when interacting with partner or community volunteers.

 

Primary Job Duties:

The Gameday Partner, Relationship Associate, will have the daily responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:

  • Helping to welcome volunteers.
  • Educate volunteers about locations, assignments, and any equipment/tools. 
  • Ensure volunteers are aware of rules, policies and best practices associated with their service. 
  • Effectively handle any issues that might arise from volunteers. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Education: GED/High School Diploma
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests and address their needs
  • Strong verbal communication skills to convey information and recommendations effectively
  • Experience using handheld electronic device (tablet/smartphone) preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft operating system on a Personal Computer preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
