Job Summary:  

The Analyst, Partnership Solutions will play a crucial role on the Partnership Solutions team within our Corporate Partnerships department. This team serves as the strategic arm, dedicated to generating revenue and driving value for the Arizona Cardinals' corporate partners through close collaboration with the Partnership Marketing and Sales teams.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partnership Solutions, the Analyst, Partnership Solutions will play a critical role in supporting the Corporate Partnerships department by leading data strategy, performance reporting, and partner insights. This role manages third-party measurement platforms, builds custom recaps and scorecards, and helps drive revenue and retention through strategic storytelling. The analyst also ensures accurate asset tracking and reporting by overseeing and maintaining KORE systems, salesforce, and dashboards. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, CRM experience, and a passion for turning data into impactful partnership solutions.

 

Primary Job Duties:

The Analyst, Partnership Solutions will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:   

  • Systems Management
    • Lead CRM management, tracking revenue, inventory, and other metrics
    • Create and maintain standardized reports (e.g., gross/net weekly revenue, sales pipeline, etc.)
    • Help maintain and enforce department processes
    • Manage the Power BI dashboards
  • Strategic Data & Insights Support
    • Aggregate and synthesize data to uncover meaningful insights that support partnership storytelling and sales strategies.
    • Provide consistent maintenance of insights across evergreen materials throughout the year, ensuring we are providing accurate metrics to prospective partners.
    • Collect information from third-party vendors for sponsorship analytics, analyze platform capabilities, and provide insights to stakeholders
    • Translate complex data into actionable insights through analytical approaches
    • Analyze revenue data across the League and market, proposing strategies for profitable growth
    • Conduct deep dives into high-potential or under-monetized categories.
    • Identify whitespace opportunities to drive incremental or new revenue streams.
  • Partner Scorecards & Recap Development
    • Lead the development of customized, comprehensive partner recaps and scorecards that align with both partner objectives and internal resources.
    • Aggregate and synthesize data to uncover meaningful insights that support current partner objectives and ensure we maintain strong relationships with our partners with retention during renewals.
    • Highlight success metrics, areas of opportunity, and strategic recommendations for renewal or upsell conversations.
  • Department Support:
    • Develop timely and insightful analyses to support the organization's mission, goals, and strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate with various departments to define and address current and future needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

         

         Qualifications/Requirements  

        • Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably with a major in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics)
        • Experience: 1-2 years professional experience in a professional sports team environment supporting data analytics and insights, reporting, and audience identification preferred.
        • Experience in Power BI, Salesforce, and KORE is preferred.
        • Good working grasp in SQL
        • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, manage laterally and upwards, all with a professional and courteous attitude
        • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, consultants, and vendors
        • Excellent business communication skills
        • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
        • Strong work ethic and drive to improve
        • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours will vary depending on business needs
        • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
