Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ). NOTE: Starting 2028, this role will be based at the new Arizona Cardinals Training Facility in north Phoenix, AZ.

Job Summary:
The Arizona Cardinals are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. Located in the picturesque state of Arizona, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the most exciting organizations in the NFL. The Arizona Cardinals joined the NFL as a charter member in 1920, which makes us the oldest continuously run professional football franchise in the US.
The Premium Sales Account Manager will be part of a team that will drive loft and club seat sales efforts for the Arizona Cardinals. The premium sales activities will include prospecting, booking meetings, and completing dynamic sales presentations.
Primary Job Duties:
The Account Manager, Premium Sales will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
- This position will be focused on prospecting new clients, setting appointments, executing sales presentations in both face-to-face & virtual formats, and ultimately, closing multi-year suite and luxury seating agreements.
- Selling a wide variety of ticketing products (full season and single games) to Cardinals games, in addition to concerts and events held at State Farm Stadium
- Set and conduct out of office sales appointments throughout Phoenix in addition to hosting appointments and presentations at State Farm Stadium
- Entertain and nurture relationships with clients and prospects through creative means including, but not limited to: networking events, one-on-one dinners / lunches, hosting prospects at events, seat visits and outside meetings.
- The candidate will be held accountable to certain levels of production and activity (leads prospected, revenue, outbound calls and emails, sales presentations booked & completed).
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- Experience: Proven track record of 2-3 years of ticket sales experience
- Experience tracking communications and correspondence with clients using a CRM system, preferred.
- Successful track record of achieving sales goals.
- Extensive B2B sales training and experience selling high-end products.
- Ability to present sales material to large groups and clients.
- A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
- Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
