Position Overview:
The Project Manager at Levi’s® Stadium takes on the responsibility of helping stakeholders plan and execute projects to achieve business, organizational and team goals. This full-time position is a key position within Stadium Operations for the Forty Niners Stadium Management Company. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Determining the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines and resolving scheduling conflicts that arise due to scheduled events, pop-up events, emergencies and other issues that may cause delays
  • Working in partnership with stakeholders to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule
  • Executing each project phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout and post-construction services
  • Negotiating with contractors and vendors, the securing of building permits, licenses and delivery of materials and equipment to construction and project sites
  • As a project continues, conferring with supervisors or other managers to monitor progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes
  • Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address and resolve purchasing challenges during the early stages of project
  • Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing in set up of projects to insure profitability, client satisfaction and the best subcontractors for the job
  • Thorough completion of all financial data with an eye to identify potential/existing issues that could lead to subpar financial performance
  • Effectively administering the requisitioning and collections process to ensure timely payments
  • Manage project budget
  • Establishing annual performance goals for assigned staff and conducting timely and meaningful verbal and written performance evaluations
  • Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to excellent customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community. Communicate with field team members as well as keep them active in decision-making
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Smart Sheet, Gantt Charts, Ungerboeck and ISS is preferred
  • Ability to work with employees, customers and management on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional service catered to our clients’ specific goals and vision
  • Strong analytical skills to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday in analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling
