Facility Operations/Event Staff: Maintenance

IPTV Technician will have a technical background focused on, but not limited to, the operation, installation, and troubleshooting of IPTV equipment and technology and will assist stadium operations with technical duties for high-volume and large scale events.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Troubleshoots and corrects any issues involving displays, HDMI equipment, and digital media players.
  • Installs, replaces, and configures TVs and TV settings.
  • Works with and reports to ITV Manager and Technical Operations staff to resolve any issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to use focus on a speaker using verbal and non-verbal clues to understand their message, comprehend the information and respond thoughtfully.
  • Ability to achieve planned objectives through completing relevant tasks and focus.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple or competing tasks.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate information to determine how it should be best interpreted.
  • Ability to create a relationship of trust and loyalty by delivering accessible, efficient, and reliable services and products for internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years old.

The employee will be standing in an indoor/outdoor facility the majority of the time and may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

The employee is frequently required to use hands or fingers, and handle or feel objects. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to stand at heights including scaffolding and drive lifts. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee must be able to work up to 32 hours a week including weekends and holidays for large scale events.
