ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Live Broadcast Producer will be responsible for the planning, production, and execution of large-scale and high-profile projects associated with Broadcast Operations. This role will be empowered to make key creative decisions and will have the opportunity to build programming from ideation to execution. They will serve as a primary subject matter expert for broadcast in communications with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Live Broadcast Producer will manage a small team of producers in the successful delivery of projects, programs, and live events.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead internal and external stakeholders within the context of large-scale and high-profile projects
Serve as back-bench producer to ensure quality standards being met
When needed, perform live show calling in a studio broadcast environment
Act as a people manager to a small team of producers
Define program goals and ensure broadcast team is meeting them
Advise on budget for incoming and existing projects
Create, iterate, and manage all broadcast and relevant communication and documentation
Manage all functions of a broadcast show, including but not limited to: show calling, video, broadcast, and event productions in conjunction with direct reports, clients, and co-workers
Develop workflows and responsibilities for all involved stakeholders in a show. Lead and manage internal and external personnel. Be accountable for items related to the show - including, but not limited to: video, audio, engineering, observing, talent, competition coordination, client relations, etc.
Oversee production of show related art assets. Define graphic, video, media, and general show needs requests

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE

5+ years of experience in live or event production
3+ years of experience successfully leading a broadcast program in a senior or lead producer capacity
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and overseeing the work of others
Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
Expert familiarity with Google suite, Discord, and Slack
Excellent technical, organizational and time management skills
Aptitude for collaboration, resiliency, and solutions-orientation
Strong attention to detail and organization with a drive for process and results
Ability to work nights and weekends and travel as necessary

PLUSES

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Experience leading small or large teams of producers
Experience working in a live event environment
Experience working in gaming related content
Passion for video games, interactive media, and technology
The desire for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Knowledge of Adobe Suite
