Overview

Rentals Team Members are seasonal and scheduled depending on operational needs with a pay of up to $10.00

Responsibilities

A Rentals Team Member provides guest service by assisting visitors with rental needs such as cabanas, lockers, and specialty items.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operating a cash register, handling transactions accurately, and promoting upgrades / special offers
  • Provide clear and helpful information to guests about rental options and park amenities
  • Distributing and stocking merchandise
  • Supporting cabana guests with services like food and beverages
  • Requires strong customer service skills and basic computer literacy

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:
    • Must be 16 years or older
    • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
    • Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
    • Demonstrate effective communication and decision-making skills
    • Be able to work independently with little supervision
    • Ability to work, stand and walk for up to 7 hours at a time in all weather conditions
