Our Park Services team helps the park sparkle! You're constantly on the move, leaving your shine behind you as you bounce from place to place. Every day is a fresh experience as you interact with our guests and keep everything looking great. From sweeping the streets to refreshing the restrooms and greeting the guests, you'll be right in the center of the action and help keep everything in immaculate shape.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

In-Park Duties and Responsibilities 

• Proactively greet guests in a friendly, outgoing manner. 

• Provide guests with clear, accurate directions and answers to questions. 

• Follow all guidelines and checklists associated with park cleanliness. 

• Following all park policies regarding performance and attendance. 

• Maintaining the cleanliness of all guest and team member restrooms, including ensuring all restrooms are fully stocked, clean, and free of debris. 

• Assisting with overall park cleanliness, including sweeping, wash down, and trash removal. 

• Maintaining all aspects of patio area cleanliness, including but not limited to, wiping down all tables, emptying trash cans when full, sweeping midways, etc. 

• Completing any other tasks as assigned, which benefit the overall cleanliness of the facility.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform guidelines at all times. 
• Follow and enforce all park policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner at all times. 
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others. 
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Guest, other Team Members, and leadership. 
• Ability to handle multiple projects, while paying close attention to details. 
• Use efficient time management to complete required tasks and projects. 

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 16 years old. 

• Must be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitude 

• Must be willing to actively approach Guests and provide assistance as necessary 

• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others 

• Must possess a strong work ethic and have the ability to multi-task 

• Must be able to stand for length of shift 

• Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs. over 25 feet over various surfaces 

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions 

• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends 

• Requires continuous standing, bending, twisting, and lifting
