As a Seasonal Office Assistant supporting Warehouse Operations, you will help maintain accurate records, communicate inventory needs, and support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the warehouse supplies the park with adequate stock.

Responsibilities

As a seasonal Office Assistant in the Food & Beverage Warehouse, you will:

• Provide assistance to warehouse receiving functions, including loading and unloading deliveries.
• Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring documentation is accurate.
• Maintain inventory counts by entering data, preparing reports, and monitoring stock levels.
• Support compliance and daily operations through general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and maintaining safety and training documentation.
