Marketing and Sales Director
Overview
The Marketing and Sales Director leads a team of professionals in developing strategic sales and marketing efforts and initiatives to drive annual attendance, admissions revenue and total park EBITDA goals, working in collaboration with the Park President and the Support Center team.
Responsibilities
How You'll Make A Difference:
• Leads marketing planning and direction for all ticket sales, season pass programs and communications initiatives that drive annual attendance, admissions revenue and total park EBITDA goals. Creates the park annual strategic marketing plan, reviews, writes and presents roadmaps and integrated communications tactical plans to Support Center stakeholders and executive leadership.

We're Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Business or a related field.
•10+ years of progressive leadership experience
•Proficient at Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint emphasis. Strong leadership, analytical skills and presentation capabilities.

•High level of initiative, sound judgement, and a commitment to work with people from all backgrounds and cultures required.
