Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Activation Manager to manage client, sales, and park communications for events. 
  • Lead day-of execution for events and activations, managing support teams and addressing client and park needs. 
  • Ensure accurate event orders, catering arrangements, billing, and date entry in collaboration with sales support staff.
  • Support onsite sponsorship activations, ensuring in-park visibility aligns with national and regional agreements, and provide event documentation for recaps. 
  • Serve as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-tier experiences. Ensure proper paperwork is submitted for work orders, event requests, exchanges as well as updating client forms as needed. 
  • Handle pricing board updates and other in-park signage by coordinating the design, print, and installation.
  • Look for growth opportunities for events and activations by coordinating with internal teams to enhance the guest experience and upsell park offerings. 
  • Travel to assist with events at other park locations as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in basic business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software and CRM applications
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, experience in public presentations, superior spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Strong time and project management skills and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an independent environment with minimal supervision and to deliver against set goals.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
