Responsibilities

  • In-Park Duties and Responsibilities
  • Interact and support guests, fellow team members, and management on a daily basis.
  • Receive deliveries, count and inspect for damages, shortages and accuracy.
  • Re-ticket product as necessary for markdown or vendor ticket corrections.
  • Orderly rotation of food items and re-stocking of units on a daily basis.
  • Legibly completing paperwork associated with unit deliveries.
  • Pick-up and/or straighten all areas encountered during the course of making deliveries.
  • Ensures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shift
  • Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner
  • Logs and maintains food temperatures
  • Collect and return daily all empty food containers and pallets to proper location for reuse or return to vendor.
  • Arranges tables and decorations
  • Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Housekeeping to include straightening, picking up, sweeping, and floor cleaning.
  • Inspect all warehouse equipment and monitor to ensure proper use and maintenance.
  • Maintain material movement records in appropriate computer system as directed.
  • Complete team member and guest transactions using proper cash handling techniques and procedures.
  • Assist other In-Park Services departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Maintain proper grooming and uniform guidelines at all times.
  • Follow and enforce all park policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner at all times.
  • Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Guest, other Team Members, and leadership.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, while paying close attention to details.
  • Use efficient time management to complete required tasks and projects.
