The Wardrobe Supervisors will oversee the operation of assigned tasks for the day and lead the employees to achieve the department’s goals for the operations season.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Assist with wardrobe fittings and enforce Entertainment Complex appearance standards
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Ensure that all timesheets are completed properly for accurate recordkeeping
Utilize a computer based inventory system
Create name tags
Assist with washing and drying any laundered items
Provide positive Guest experiences
Conduct first day orientations with all new and returning employees, emphasizing proper department procedures
Ability to operate point of sale register, handheld devices and run the employee store
Comfortable with cash handling
Assist with the jersey personalization process and provide support as needed
Act as the Department Representative On Duty, as needed
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying
One year of hospitality/customer service experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven guest relations, problem-solving, task management skills, and organizational skills
Professional and practical communication skills
Must be able to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment as well as be self-motivated to perform all aspects of the job at all times
Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information
Job Demands:
Must be able to work at least four-weekend shifts per month and 32 hours per week Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work between 7 AM-7PM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at locations both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather situations
Physical requirements include standing (75-100% of the shift), sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 60 lbs., finger dexterity, and efficient communication
