This position is responsible for ensuring that all work performed by the Housekeeping Department in guest rooms and public areas exceeds expected standards of cleanliness and consistency.

Job Functions:

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure that employees maintain high-quality standards. Follow established procedures on cleaning, safety guidelines, and customer service. *
  • Provide training to all housekeeping team members. Monitor staff activity to ensure safe work practices. Address staff performance issues and provide ongoing feedback. *
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address hotel and guest needs. *
  • Assist with overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operation including performing administrative tasks related to housekeeping operations and participating in opening and turndown shift rotation. *
  • Assist with logging, tracking, and shipping guest lost and found. *
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school or GED -
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1 years of experience in lieu of education.
  • Industry Experience - Hospitality/Tourism, Housekeeping
  • Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year(s) of supervisory experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be willing to work a flex schedule that includes different shift start and end times. Shifts include: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM; and 2:00 - 11:00 PM. Weekends and holidays included. Days off will vary week to week
