Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Following all safety policies and procedures

• Providing good workmanship in a timely manner

• Maintaining the facilities and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary condition

• Collecting trash and recycling materials and emptying dumpsters

• Repairing and maintaining all types of dispensers, including paper products, soap, and feminine products

• Shoveling snow and spreading ice melt

• Pressure washing as needed, to include but not limited to ride parts, patios, buildings and complex vehicles

• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age on the date of applying

• Must be able to pass trade aptitude test

• Valid Driver's License with the ability to operate a manual transmission

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have good communication skills and teamwork approach

• Knowledge of equipment used relating to the utilities trade

• Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision

• Must be able to properly mix and use cleaning chemicals

• Ability to conform to all working conditions

Job Demands:

• Must be able to work flexible work shifts as required based on operational demands

• Working environment includes indoor and outdoor work in a variety of weather and temperature conditions

• Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work at heights of up to 115 feet

• This is a Union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
