This position is responsible for the overall day-to-day guest and employee experience at Melt Spa by Hershey. The Spa Services Coordinator must direct all efforts toward guest satisfaction, the achievement and maintenance of Melt Spa by Hershey standards, and profit maximization.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

• Maintain and provide an exceptional guest experience and quality control in all areas*

• Assist with all opening and closing duties and lead the support staff team to excel in their duties.*

• Assist the management team in all aspects of the daily operations, hiring, evaluating and training of the team, guest resolution, special projects, events, and monthly inventory.*

• Maintain facility, product supply, and equipment at the highest possible level.*

• Ensure the retail area is always staged for maximum buyer impact.

• Maintain gracious and efficient front desk procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

• Industry Experience - Hospitality/Tourism, Spa/Salon

• 18 years of age or older.

• Associate’s degree

• Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 2 years

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Good communication skills

• Excellent guest service skills and experience
