This position is responsible for scheduling all spa services according to The Hotel Hershey standards.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Answer questions about the spa and services
Promote and sell spa services
Book spa reservations
Greet guests as they enter the spa
Settle guest accounts as they depart
Provide an overall relaxing, courteous, and professional atmosphere for all guests
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
A minimum of 6 months prior experience in a guest oriented atmosphere, preferably in the hospitality field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of computers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Good communication skills.
Job Demands:
Physical requirements include finger dexterity, hand/eye coordination and ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 lbs.
Work schedule is flexible, based on business needs during operating hours of 8:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m. Weekends and holidays are required.
