The purpose of the food and beverage Sr. Food Safety Supervisor is to provide first-level supervision and operational support to the entire F&B complex through food safety programs, training, and communication.

Job Functions:
Supervise team members and facilitate F&B operations for assigned area(s) of responsibility across the Entertainment Complex to ensure the proper execution of F&B standards for food preparation and guest satisfaction. *
Monitor food safety technology via digital Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program records and checklists to identify where controls need to be to ensure temperatures, holding, checklists, and opportunities to alert staff and alter stands to avoid potential food safety issues. *
Manage and maintain the labeling system, product shelf life matrix, thermometers, and other digital HACCP devices to proactively ensure food safety practices adhere to regulations and company standards. *
Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements while supporting Food Safety Manager and Assistant Manager in regulatory inspections, 3rd party inspections, and internal audits. *
Manage all food safety programs through regular and comprehensive training, inspections, and communications. Work closely with the Training team and Culinary to develop and maintain SOPs. *

Qualifications:
Completion of high school or GED -
Must be 18 years of age or older.
2 years of experience in lieu of education.
Industry Experience - Food & Beverage, Amusement Park, Food Safety, Public Health, Environmental Health
Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience.
Minimum of 1 year(s) of supervisory experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must obtain ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification.
Must complete Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification training.
Must obtain ServSafe Allergen Food Safety Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
