This position is responsible for assisting with the oversight and leadership of the Employee Scheduling Support operations within the Employee Scheduling & Engagement Team. This includes ensuring service standards are being met, continual training is occurring, and the daily operational needs of Employee Check-In and the Volunteer Program are fulfilled.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

  • Lead and direct Employee Scheduling Support team members while overseeing and auditing various tasks to ensure efficient daily operations of Employee Check-In and the Volunteer Program. Specific responsibilities may also include changing departmental schedules and providing Kronos support. Act as the opening and closing supervisor for operations on a rotating schedule.*

  • Assist with onboarding new team members to ensure proper training and continual learning occurs. Utilize current programs and technology to provide feedback and develop personalized growth and improvement plans.*

  • Provide support for escalated or complex issues that require further investigation. Coordinate with various departments to ensure full resolutions have occurred and have been communicated.*

  • Assist supported departments on high-volume training days with operational and technical support. Partner with key team members to create new and innovative ways to best service our internal guests.*

  • Assist in seasonal event set-ups and other themed projects as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related Amusement Park, Hospitality/Tourism, Human Resources experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

  • 18 years of age or older.

  • Completion of high school or GED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
