This position leads a team to execute the day-to-day retail operations within the Hershey Entertainment venues of Hershey Entertainment and Resorts while achieving financial goals and ensuring operating standards are met.

Job Duties (Items marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this position):
Manage and lead a team of full-time and part-time employees to successfully execute the day-to-day retail operations within GIANT Center, Hersheypark Stadium, and Hershey Theatre by interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and holding team members accountable to ensure standards are being met.*
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with external partners specifically related to merchandise at Hersheypark Stadium, Hersheypark, and Hershey Theatre.*
Work collaboratively with others to assort, plan, and execute placement and replenishment of product at retail locations throughout GIANT Center, Hersheypark Stadium, and Hershey Theatre.*
Follow and enforce inventory management procedures, evaluate profitability of stores, analyze sales figures, propose and execute action plans.*
Actively participate as a member of the management team by serving as MOD, sitting on committees, and assisting with employee events.*
Actively monitor areas of responsibility each day by visiting and checking in at retail locations. Collect information from the field and act as liaison to department management team in order to proactively identify issues.*
Monitor safety issues and find solutions in order to minimize risk and keep guests and employees safe.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Must have a valid Driver's License
Associate’s degree
Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 4 years
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
