Hersheypark amusement park spans 121-acres, and welcomes guests to experience Hersheypark Happy all year long! As the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, Hersheypark is home to more than 70 rides including 15 coasters and 20+ kiddie rides, as well as a zoo, and an entire water park.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be trusted to pull orders for the retail locations within Hersheypark and to help deliver those orders. You will assist with stocking the product in the warehouse after it is received and will play a vital role in helping with organizational tasks as well.

Job Functions:

• Reading order lists and pulling orders to ensure each order is fulfilled with efficiency and accuracy*

• Delivering merchandise to Hersheypark retail locations and assisting with deliveries to other properties*

• Follow proper organizational guidelines to neatly shelve and maintain layout of products within the warehouse.  Assist in general warehouse tasks including sweeping, maintaining safe work areas, and disposing of packaging materials*

• Assist with organizing incoming freight, including separating SKUs in order for products to be counted in*

• Assist in accurately ticketing incoming freight with barcode labels

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older on the date of applying

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• While guest interactions are minimal,  must be friendly, upbeat, and work well with other employees and be able to work as part of a team

• Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines

• Attention to detail is vital for success

• Must be able to communicate in the English language

Job Demands:

• Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week, Memorial Day through Labor Day, with shifts varying between 6AM - 3PM, in accordance with Child Labor Laws.  Must be able to work 5 weekend days per month.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work flexible hours including days, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to work in a combination of indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. 

• Physical requirements include the ability to stand (for up to five hours at a time), walk, bend at the waist and knees and have repeated manual dexterity, and the ability to push, pull, and reach above shoulder level and lift up to fifty (50)  pounds without assistance
