PT Contract and Admin Assistant
The Part-Time Contract and Administrative Assistant collaborates with cross-functional Corporate Partnership, Marketing, and Legal teams to develop and manage client contracts and sweepstakes promotional terms and agreements. This position is also responsible for the tracking of the corporate partnership vehicle program.
Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Collaborate with our Corporate Partnership Sales Managers and Legal Department to prepare written contracts for sponsorship partners at Hersheypark, GIANT Center, Hersheypark Stadium, Hershey Theatre, and grassroots efforts. Understand all parameters of the contract and properly document all details of the agreement. Obtain all necessary signatures, distribute to stakeholders, and store all contracts in the contract database as well as in department files.*

Track key partner benefits and update inventory when needed.

Fulfill promotions, offers, and sweepstakes with stakeholders. Serve as a legal liaison with internal partners to develop program rules and ensure all promotions are executed successfully, document all necessary forms in Cobblestone, and communicate with winners while providing the execution of the prizing.*

Manage the sponsorship database and all collaborative documents used among the team, including the availability of sponsorship assets such as dasher boards, and signage locations, for accurate asset inventory. *

Assist as needed with on-site activations at Hersheypark, GIANT Center, and Hersheypark Stadium, making course corrections as needed and ensure the experience maintains overall brand strategies.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Associate’s Degree - Marketing, Communications, Law, Other

Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 1-2 years
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Ability to safeguard confidential information

Must be organized and detail-oriented

Ability to handle multiple priorities and client accounts
