Premium Guest Experience Coordinator is a full-time hourly position responsible for supporting the Manager, Box Office Services and Premium Seating teams and providing exceptional customer service to all Premium Seating clients and guests across the Hershey Entertainment Complex which includes the GIANT Center and Hersheypark Stadium. Additionally, this position will support the Ticketing and Guest Services teams with event building and coverage as well as administrative tasks as needed.

Job Functions:
- Manage accounts and ticketing for all contracted Premium Seating clients at GIANT Center and Hersheypark Stadium. *
- Notify all contracted Premium Seating clients at GIANT Center and Hersheypark Stadium of upcoming events. *
- Organize and process all ticketing orders for contracted Premium Seating clients. *
- Organize and schedule Premium and Box Office staffing for all GIANT Center and Hersheypark Stadium events. *
- Manage and build events on Ticketmaster (Host and Archtics) ticketing systems. *
- Assist with reporting and distributing sales information, daily reports, audits, and colored sold maps to internal management, promoters, artist management, and operational team members. *
- Work GIANT Center and Hersheypark Stadium events as Premium Seating, Ticketing and Guest Services lead as needed. *
- Provide administrative support to other areas of the Box Office as needed. *
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree -
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1 years of experience in lieu of education.
- Industry Experience - Sports/Entertainment, Customer Service, Ticketing/Box Office
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience.
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of supervisory experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- This position is designated as Safety Sensitive and requires successful completion and passing of a pre-employment drug test.
