Merchandise Supervisor

The Merchandise Supervisor will lead the Merchandise Team Members through the Merchandise Selling Process for shows at GIANT Center and Hersheypark Stadium. Duties will include count in, preparing the stands, selling the merchandise, and counting out.

Job Functions:
- Inventory all items by physically counting prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show *
- Prepare the stand displays before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale *
- Manage the selling team throughout the event by stocking, assisting with breaks, and providing support as needed *
- Ensure self and team are providing an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service *
- Handle guest credit/debit cards and other applicable transactions properly *
- Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing *
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience.
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of supervisory experience.
