As a Marketing Intern, you will support our marketing team in the development of marketing campaigns across various marketing channels including digital, social media, and creative/design. This opportunity works cross-functionally with all of our brands, which span across multiple industries including Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Hersheypark, Hotel, Spa, Restaurants, and more.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Support the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Marketing Management and Operations team in execution of campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive demand, including submitting job tickets, creating project schedules, monitoring digital channels, and event help*
Assist with photo and video shoots*
Conduct marketing research projects focused on the entertainment and resorts industry*
Collaborate with Social Community Managers to develop and create content across various social media platforms which engage our consumers*
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a rising junior or rising senior by Summer 2026 in undergraduate education majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related major
Must have a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet research tools
Superior time and project management skills
Innovative and self-motivated
Must embody Hershey Entertainment & Resorts core values (Devoted to the Legacy, Selfless Spirit of Service, Team Focused, Respectful of Others)
Job Demands:
This internship opportunity is available for May-August 2026. The work schedule for this position will include 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30AM-5:00PM.
Company coordinated housing is available for this opportunity. If utilized, a weekly housing fee of $160 per week, inclusive of utilities and limited transportation, will be automatically deducted from students’ biweekly paychecks. Upon commitment to employee housing, HE&R will charge a $180 housing fee, inclusive of a refundable $160 housing deposit and a nonrefundable $20 insurance waiver fee.
