Corporate Partnerships Intern
This position is responsible for the fulfillment of on-site sponsorship and grassroots activations at Hersheypark, GIANT Center, and Hersheypark Stadium. The Partnerships Intern collaborates with cross-functional marketing, partnerships, and operational teams to propel brand awareness and drive demand.
Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Facilitate the fulfillment of on-site activations. Coordinate all details with the client and event operations to ensure all meet client specifications, contract parameters, and are aligned with our brand standards.

Document all internal needs in the event management calendar and provide communication to key partners such as event operations, game day operations, and park operations.

Periodically review sponsorship website detail, digital maps and guides, and FYI signs for necessary edits.

Document all parts of the signage fulfillment at all Entertainment Complex Venues, while assisting with the facilitation of all signage fulfillment.

Assist with other projects as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Ability to safeguard confidential information

Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities

- Scheduling:

This is a year-round, on-site position based in Hershey, PA.
- The selected intern must be available to work on-site during Hershey Bears home games from October through the end of the season.
- The selected intern will work in office throughout the week. In-office work will take place during business hours Monday - Friday. Exact shift times will be determined based on the school schedule of the intern.
