The role will support the finance and accounting department with daily financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies. This role contributes to efficient financial management by assisting with accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and administrative finance tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational skills and understanding of basic accounting and financial processes. A high level of integrity, attention to detail and reliability is essential.
- Assist with daily financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals prior to payments
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Provide administrative support to the finance team and respond to internal and external financial inquiries
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes and data accuracy
You Have These:
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or currently in progress)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables)
- Familiarity with reconciliation processes
- Some experience with SAP is a plus
- Ability to write and speak English at an advanced level
