Purpose of Job:
The Brand Marketing Director will partner with the VP of Brand Marketing to shape the company's brand identity and ensure it is expressed with consistency and cultural relevance across every consumer touchpoint. This role leads integrated campaign development, aligns cross-functional teams, and drives the insight-led marketing processes that translate business objectives into compelling brand experience deepening audience connection and fueling long-term growth.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead development of brand positioning in partnership with the VP of Brand Marketing, serving as its primary steward across the organization.
- Own and enforce brand identity standards and messaging consistency across all deliverables, channels, and cross-functional outputs.
- Drive marketing strategies and integrated campaign plans aligned to annual and quarterly business objectives, owning the Brand Marketing Department's roadmap from brief to execution.
- Lead content calendar planning across key narratives, organizational moments, commercial opportunities, and cultural trends — translating insights into channel strategies and creative direction.
- Direct cross-functional development of brand and consumer-facing marketing assets — including graphics, video, and copy — ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Champion creative ideation across departments (Partnerships, Production, Consumer Products, Digital, Social, etc.), delivering actionable strategies that serve both short- and long-term brand goals.
- Own end-to-end execution of brand campaigns tied to tentpole events and activations, from strategic planning through on-site delivery.
- Support CRM program development, data management, and lifecycle marketing initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee special projects, product launches, and brand initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and execute community-building activations that advance social impact goals and drive measurable brand growth.
- Own KPI tracking and performance reporting across brand programs, translating data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Represent the Brand Marketing team at live events, providing on-site support and leadership as needed.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support organizational priorities and contribute to company-wide initiatives as needed and assigned.
- Adheres to AEW policies and procedures.
- Travel up to 25%.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.
- At least seven years of related brand management and/or marketing management experience required.
