A core part of our offering is our scalable Revenue Generation (Rev Gen) execution model, which supports universities and athletes from partnership development through contract execution and payments. Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring every agreement moves seamlessly from signature to activation.
Responsibilities

We provide the infrastructure, relationships, and execution needed to drive sustainable NIL revenue while maintaining transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
A core part of our offering is our scalable Revenue Generation (Rev Gen) execution model, which supports universities and athletes from partnership development through contract execution and payments. Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring every agreement moves seamlessly from signature to activation.
Responsibilities
• Assist with creating social media graphics and posts for university NIL accounts
• Monitor social media trends, capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories)
• Help film athlete interviews, brand deliverables, and promotional videos alongside the Account Executive and Marketing team
• Support the execution of on-campus events and fan activations alongside TheLinkU team
• Capture photo and video content at games, events, and marketing initiatives
• Assist the Marketing Coordinator with gathering and organizing content assets for campaigns
• For interns seeking course credit: attend all five scheduled Curriculum Track sessions and submit the related reflection note

Qualifications
• Currently enrolled student at the university
• Interest in sports marketing, NIL, social media, or content creation
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content
• Basic experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or other creative design tools preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with athletes, fans, and university staff
• Flexibility to attend campus events, games, and marketing activations
