Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Revenue Operations Coordinator to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and broader revenue organization.

This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced environment. The role requires working closely with multiple teams, so the ideal candidate is personable, communicates effectively, and is comfortable managing schedules, information, and day-to-day coordination. This individual should also be able to gather and organize information from various sources to provide clear, timely reporting and updates to the CRO on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support prioritization and coordination of the CRO’s day-to-day activities 
  • Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups to ensure clear execution on priorities 
  • Manage communication flow and ensure key initiatives stay on track 
  • Maintain and update reports related to pipeline activity and partnership performance 
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal revenue meetings and leadership updates 
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across the revenue organization
