Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, creative, and business-minded Marketing Coordinator to support TheLinkU’s revenue-generating initiatives at the university level. This role sits under the Marketing Director, while playing a critical part in helping identify, promote, and execute partnership opportunities that support student-athletes while driving growth for TheLinkU.

In this role, you will blend marketing execution with sales support, assisting in the development and promotion of NIL and Rev Gen initiatives, supporting partnership activations, and helping bring TheLinkU’s national partners to life at the local level. This position is ideal for someone who understands how strong marketing fuels sales and wants to work closely with a revenue team.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership instincts, a pulse on social media trends, and a track record of contributing to successful marketing initiatives. You should be comfortable analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement and ROI, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This role works closely with the broader marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns and uphold Arkansas and TheLinkU’s brand standards across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute marketing campaigns with TheLinkU marketing team that support revenue-generating partnership initiatives and NIL programs at the University of Arkansas.

● Create marketing content for Arkansas Front Office’s social media accounts, ensuring a consistent, engaging presence aligned with Arkansas’s brand and revenue goals.

● Support the promotion and activation of TheLinkU’s national partners through coordinated marketing efforts.

● Assist the Account Executive by preparing marketing assets, campaign materials, and promotional content tied to active sales initiatives.

● Help execute partnership activations and campaigns that support brand deals and revenue opportunities.

● Oversee and execute the membership program, newsletter, and member gifts/events.

● Collaborate with the Social Media, Marketing, and Event Coordinators to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

● Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to help optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

● Experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and social media.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

● Experience working with Meta, Google Suite, MailChimp, and Canva

● Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of interns and professionals.

● Flexible schedule (standard hours roughly 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with variability based on client needs)

● Schedule flexibility required, including occasional evenings and weekends based on event and client needs.

● Must be based in or near Fayetteville, AR
