Position Overview: Hawaii and Playfly Aspire seek a teachable, positive, and passionate individual who is committed to building relationships, being a great teammate, and someone with a strong work ethic.  The ideal person would be passionate about and committed to preserving a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees.  This role will have a focus performing outbound sales calls as well as assist in the strategizing of development activities to increase new season ticket sales and upgrade opportunities. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face presentations, and in-venue/stadium tours.  
The primary purpose of this role will be 1) selling athletic event tickets through a relationship-based and sustainable way and 2) providing first-class service to existing donor and ticket holders. This position plays an important role in the Department of Athletics.

Revenue will be generated primarily from outbound phone calls, venue tours, and face-to-face appointments/presentations.  Day-to-day leadership and mentoring of this position will be provided by the Director, Sales and Service. Revenue Generation Associates will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to "BE GREAT."
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Perform outbound calls and service inbound calls for the for all ticketed sports. Inventory available for sale across at this location include, but is not limited to season tickets, renewals, upgrades and add-ons, group tickets, partial/mini-plan ticket packages, and single-game tickets
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/CRM database.
  • Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with leadership.
  • Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
  • Execute outbound calls and face-to-fact appointments daily.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics. 
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • A genuine desire to help people.
  • Experience in ticket sales is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.   
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills. 
  • Ability to remain focused on sales goals, work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Professional image and demeanor at all times. 
  • Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity, and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
