Compensation: Commission (New Money Sales Only)
 Start Date: June 1 (25 Hours Per Week Minimum)

Peak Sports MGMT is a family-oriented and fast-paced growing leader in the Multimedia Rights Holder space of College Athletics. Peak Pinnacle is an extended branch of Peak Sports MGMT that focuses on maximizing revenue through innovative ticketing strategies and giving our universities passionate fanbases valuable experiences. Our current Pinnacle partners include the University of the Incarnate Word, Eastern Kentucky University, Wofford College, Southeastern Louisiana University, Ferris State University, University of West Georgia and Nicholls State University.

WHAT DO WE DO?:
Raising revenue at our partnered universities through corporate sponsorships and ticket sales is our bread and butter. We are tasked with managing these sources of revenue by creating outbound relationships with local businesses and corporate partners to give them unique advertising opportunities to sell their brand and give fans the best experience possible with our group & season ticket packages.

Position Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our remote inside sales program. In this program, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of tickets, catering to various customer needs from individual game tickets to exclusive premium packages for our partnered universities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and the sports/entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote and sell tickets through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ticket offerings, including single game tickets, group packages, season passes, and premium ticket options.
  • Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of each ticket type to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and increase retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticket purchases.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
