Position: Gameday Operations Intern (UNPAID INTERNSHIP)
Location: Onsite Required - University of Central Arkansas (Murray, KY)
Hours: 10-15 hours per week minimum (primarily weeks there are home games)
Duration: August 18 - December 5

Position Overview:
As a Gameday Operations Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in supporting live college sports events. This role involves assisting with in-game promotions, fan engagement, event setup/teardown, and ensuring all promotional commitments are fulfilled. This is a great opportunity for students interested in sports management, event coordination, and fan experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-Game Promotions & Activations: Help run fan engagement activities like contests, giveaways, and interactive games during sporting events.
- Proof of Fulfillment: Track and document the delivery of promotional materials, giveaways, and sponsor activations during events.
- Setup/Teardown: Assist with the setup of event spaces, signage, and fan zones before the game, and teardown after the event.
- Fan Interaction: Engage with fans on gameday, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they have a great experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with event logistics, prepare materials for future events, and help with post-event evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Sports Management, Marketing, Event Planning, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with a team.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays based on event schedule.
