Peak Sports MGMT is a leading third-party multimedia rights organization that partners with collegiate athletic departments to maximize corporate sponsorship revenue and enhance brand visibility. In collaboration with the University of Central Arkansas Athletics, Peak Sports MGMT manages all aspects of corporate partnerships, including revenue generation, activation, and client service.
Position Overview
This role sits in college athletics, but it is not a passive account management position. The Director of Service will serve as the lead contact for University of Central Arkansas Athletics’ corporate partners, owning the execution, fulfillment, satisfaction, retention, and growth of partnership accounts. This individual will be responsible for managing partner relationships, ensuring high-level fulfillment of sponsorship assets, and identifying opportunities to renew and expand partnerships over time.

Success in this position is driven by relationship management, execution, communication, and revenue retention rather than supervising or directing a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate partners, maintaining strong and professional relationships
- Manage the fulfillment and execution of all sponsorship agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
- Execute and coordinate partnership activations across digital, social, and in-venue platforms
- Communicate regularly with partners to evaluate satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Assist in the development of renewal strategies and identify opportunities for incremental revenue through upselling
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of partnership elements
- Develop and deliver partnership recap reports and presentations that highlight performance and value
- Plan and execute partner hospitality experiences, including game day events and special activations
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and project workflows across multiple accounts
- Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to improve partnership effectiveness and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in corporate partnership fulfillment, sponsorship activation, account management, client services, or a related area
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of sponsorship activation, client service, and event coordination is a plus
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and game days
- Experience working in collegiate athletics, sports marketing, or the sports industry is preferred, but not required

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sponsorship tracking tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of customer service
Compensation: Base Salary: $50,000/year + uncapped commissions on renewals and upsells
