Role Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing promotional product orders from initial client inquiry through delivery and invoicing. This role blends sales, client service, and operations while supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and client growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the order lifecycle
  • Manage incoming orders and coordinate sourcing, production, proofs, and fulfillment with vendors
  • Create and present customized product proposals, including pricing, quantities, and timelines
  • Guide clients through product selection and approval processes
  • Track invoicing, payments, costs, and margins using QuickBooks
  • Proactively support business growth through client outreach, networking, and relationship management
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing partners on initiatives that promote Peak Promo Supply and expand the client base
  • Contribute ideas and support execution of marketing efforts such as client campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Represent Peak Promo Supply at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve pricing strategies, vendor relationships, and internal processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Experience in account management, sales, operations, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sales-oriented mindset with comfort discussing pricing and recommendations
  • Interest in collaborating on marketing initiatives and contributing to business growth
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
  • Basic financial literacy; experience with invoicing, margin tracking, or QuickBooks is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
