Position Summary:
The Vice President of Business Development will play a key leadership role in expanding IMG Academy’s online businesses, including NCSA College Recruiting and IMG Academy+. This person will lead partnership strategy and execution across the youth sports ecosystem — identifying, negotiating, and optimizing relationships that drive digital user growth and revenue.
Reporting to the EVP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, the VP will oversee all aspects of affiliate and channel partnerships, with a particular focus on new partner acquisition, contract renewals, and revenue optimization.
