Position Summary

The Event Partnership Specialist supports the growth and success of EventBeacon by managing relationships with recruiting event operators and ensuring effective product adoption. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, helping to improve user experience, streamline support processes, and drive product enhancements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and execute strong relationships with event partners and stakeholders
  • Drive implementation, onboarding, and engagement of EventBeacon with event operators and college coaches
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using technical knowledge and creative problem-solving
  • Escalate issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Design, and Customer Success teams
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and process improvements
  • Develop and optimize scalable support processes for EventBeacon
  • Brainstorm and execute strategies to grow brand awareness and product adoption
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to educate users and drive product adoption
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Technical aptitude and comfort working with software platforms
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer support, partnerships, or account management
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or event/recruiting platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a team environment
  • Interest or background in sports, recruiting, or event operations
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
