Commercial Strategist & Operations Sr. Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Commercial Strategist & Operations Sr. Coordinator leads and owns the planning, execution, and optimization of virtual events and related initiatives. This role combines strong technical and operational skills with organizational and creative abilities to ensure seamless and efficient workshop delivery and management, audience engagement through content and calendar optimization, and accurate and timely reporting.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage technical setup and support to ensure seamless delivery of all virtual events and workshops, minimizing technical disruptions and enhancing attendee experience.
  • Manage all workshop host operations, recruitment, training, scheduling, performance, and payroll, driving quality through data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and alignment with KPIs and revenue growth goals.
  • Contribute to developing and executing strategies that increase engagement (e.g., average participation rate, chat engagement, etc.) by understanding audience behaviors and post-workshop propensity to enroll (PTE) to improve lead score and attachment to conversion from events.
  • Partner with Marketing to create and optimize event and promotional content that aligns with conversion targets and audience segmentation, driving increased click-through and registration rates.
  • Maintain and internally publish segmented audience lists and the event calendar to ensure accuracy in scheduling and communications, reducing unforeseen conflicts and delivery errors for targeted and premium offers.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., attendance rates, engagement levels, conversion outcomes), maintain and publish dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve event impact.
  • Coordinate, maintain and publish workshop sport, grad year, and other attribute-centric host scheduling, updates, and logistics to support on-time workshop execution and resource alignment, aiming to increase audience-to-host affinity, reduce operational delays and create a seamless presentation experience.
  • Assist with full-cycle event setup, including but not limited to, submitting pre-workshop marketing requests, event name creation in RecruitMatch, and automation workflows, to streamline operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate key updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights that guide ongoing strategic improvements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial strategy, event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Confidence and assertiveness to achieve goals with a professional attitude and mature work ethic. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) in a professional manner at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment. 
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail and strong accountability. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
