The Revenue Operations Manager is a key member of our Sports Properties leadership team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations. In this role, you’ll help turn regional leadership strategies into action, streamline operations and communications, and build strong connections across teams. As the go-to contact for both the sales field and corporate office, you’ll play a central role in keeping projects moving, ensuring alignment, and supporting multiple areas of the Sports Properties division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to team leadership and act as the primary liaison between corporate and property staff, carrying out operational processes across the group. Provide additional support for P4 schools as needed.
- Support fulfillment and business development by answering questions, providing guidance, and making recommendations that drive results.
- Develop and manage the cadence, content, and follow-up for leadership, GM, and team-wide meetings.
- Plan and oversee logistics for both on-site and off-site team meetings.
- Create weekly updates for the sales team, highlighting performance metrics and recognizing milestones such as new hires and work anniversaries.
- Lead internal communications across the team, ensuring expectations are clear and resources are easy to access.
- Collaborate with corporate support teams to establish best practices and strengthen team sales strategies.
- Provide support for process improvements, performance measurement, and analytics for sales teams.
- Contribute creative support, including presentation decks, reports, and other materials.
- Assist team leadership with the development, launch, and tracking of sales contests.
- Help coordinate and support athletic department events hosted at the Dallas office.
- Collect and consolidate team data to share with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities to support team and corporate priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an operations, sales support, or activation role (sports, entertainment, or media preferred).
- Skilled at managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with leadership.
- Comfortable planning and executing events; budget management a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Passion for culture, productivity, and team building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Clear communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Understanding of the college sports landscape and university partnerships.
