Crimson Tide Sports Marketing (CTSM) is looking to add a high-impact team member to support the growing area of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). This role will play a critical part in executing student-athlete influencer marketing campaigns and delivering strong results for brand partners.
The Coordinator – NIL Partnerships & Operations will be responsible for managing all inventory tied to NIL activations, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of campaign elements, and compiling proof of performance for brand partners. This position reports to the General Manager overseeing NIL initiatives for the property and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and athletics personnel to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between corporate partners, property staff, Athletic Department and collective where applicable
- Support activation of NIL deals and ensuring student-athletes participate and fulfill activation obligations with brand partners at fair market value
- Oversee all inventory management tracking related to NIL deals, including what has been proposed, sold and remains available, to include weekly reports and internal meeting updates
- Assist with gameday operations, including home football games and other home events
- Stay informed on NIL news, including student-athlete deals across the country, legislation changes (at State and National levels), and ongoing trends.
- Act as the CTSM representative in internal Learfield corporate NIL discussions
- Complete other sales, fulfillment and operations responsibilities as assigned by the sports properties team
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week including home games, select sporting events, NIL appearances and activations that occur outside of traditional work hours
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships across many demographics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sports / NIL / College Athletics and/or sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- High level of initiative and continuous learning mindset
