Associate Partnership Solutions Coordinator - US Air Force Academy
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the school
Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction
Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays
Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint
Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis
Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client/partner interactions
Provide general office and administrative support
Assist with gameday program sales
Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms
Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet the demands of a gameday/event-driven schedule
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support athletic events
The approximate national base pay for this position is $18.00 per hour. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location.The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
