Learfield Amplify is seeking a dynamic and detailed focused Operations Coordinator to assist our sales and customer service teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective delivery of services.

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales

    • Support marketing assets and coordinate fan experience tracking and execution.

    • Assist with maintaining accurate, timely account information within CRM and ticketing systems.

  • Service

    •  Assist the service team by assisting with inbound inquiries and fan correspondence as needed.

    • Assist in managing renewal prize fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and documentation.

    • Assist with the season ticket holder gift, including development and distribution, and support the planning and execution of all related events.

  • Premium Sales/Service

    • Lead coordination of administrative tasks within Premium Sales & Service

    • Execute and support all game day premium activations.

  • Other

    • Lead and oversee all scheduling and coordination for game day interns.

    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of sports industry

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Team player

  • Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines

  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and proactively

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Excel,

  • Experience with Paciolan, Salesforce, and Marketing Automation (preferred but not necessary)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in applicable field preferred

The base pay for this position is $21.63 per hour. Please note that this is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation based on individual and company performance. Placement on the range may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and geographic location.The pay rate will comply with all minimum federal, state, and local wage/salary requirements.
