Summary Of Job Duties

The Creative Content Producer - Football will be responsible for the design and development of the visual brand of the University of Arkansas Razorback Athletic Department across print, digital, and video platforms. They will serve as the assistant content producer for Razorback Football and be responsible for photography of practices, football events, and recruiting candidates. The role ensures digital materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with institutional brand standards. This position will be involved with video shooting during practices, game days, interviews and outside football events. In addition, they will primarily serve as an editor for creative video for all social and internal needs for the football program. 

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least two years' experience in marketing, graphic design, or videography/photography
  • Expert level experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Premiere, and After Effects or related platform
  • Experience creating video edits for football program's social media and recruiting efforts

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working for a FBS collegiate sports program

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of usability and best practices for consumer related products (marketing collateral, websites, digital signage)
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to clearly communicate project goals to all members of the external division
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
