Summary Of Job Duties

The Coordinator of Ticket Operations will independently engage, interact, and correspond with existing/ potential donors and season ticket holders on issues such as seating (including priority seating), parking allocation, adjustments, and other related issues, all with the goal of cultivating ticket-related sales. This position will manage ticket inventory, coordinate with internal departments and external vendors ensuring a smooth and efficient ticketing experience for customers. The Coordinator of Ticket Operations will serve as the primary ticket office liaison for student ticketing amongst other assigned sports as it relates to the setup of ticket onsales, annual renewals, ticket allocation, and ticket distribution. They will assist with responding to customer service inquiries and issues via email, phone, ticket front desk, or gameday box office window. This position will require travel with sports as needed and is designated as weather/event essential. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • Experience in a college athletics and/or professional sports organization ticket office as a staff member, student-athlete, intern, or part-time employee
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Paciolan ticketing software

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of and compliance with specific NCAA, SEC, and institution rules that relate to this position
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude to work and interact with staff, faculty, and student-athletes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate project goals to all members of the ticket office and external division
  • Must be highly organized, and multi-task oriented
  • Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed
