Summary Of Job Duties
The Account Executive for Ticket Sales role will generate revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, face-to-face appointments, prospecting, and networking. This position will interact and work together with Razorback Ticket Center Staff, Marketing, the Razorback Foundation, and other external partners on all ticket sales initiatives and campaigns. They will process orders through the Paciolan ticketing system for season, single game, groups, and premium ticketing options for all home ticketed sporting events. This position is responsible for annual and monthly new revenue goals as well as ticket renewals for assigned accounts throughout the off-season. This position is designated as weather/event essential.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience making sales through inbound and outbound phone calls
- Experience in a college athletics department and/or professional sports organization as a staff member or student-athlete
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to record 60-80 phone calls per day
- Demonstrated ability to record 100-120 total contact activities between phone calls, email, text, and in-person appointments
- Experience handling multiple assignments and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Paciolan ticketing system experience
