Preferred Qualifications:
A love of rowing and the desire to share it with our youth.
Competitive rowing/coxing experience preferably as a 4 Year rower/coxswain in college.
Coaching experience is preferred but we are also happy to train someone who has no coaching experience and is motivated to learn.
Willing to work closely with all coaches to provide unified leadership and a positive team culture.
Calm and patient but also firm as to our team policies.
Ability to communicate effectively with athletes, coaches and parents.

Attendance at practices, regattas, and team functions from August through May/June. Practices are 3-5 weekdays 4-6:30 and Saturdays 9-12.
