Director of Operations for Colonial Life Arena and Coliseum, reports to the Senior Assistant General Manager for CLA. Position provides overall administrative planning, direction and policy creation and interpretation to operating managers, assuring the highest quality service. Ensures an effective and cost-efficient program by controlling departmental operating budget. Manages, supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the facility, including engineering, maintenance, set-up/changeovers, custodial, housekeeping and grounds keeping.

Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 5 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using CAD (Computer-Aided Drafting), for the purpose of building seating diagrams and rigging points.
